Business Office Manager
I’ve been the Business Office Manager since September 2024, with previous experiences in general bookkeeping and management since 2021. I’m originally from Boise, Idaho; graduated from Capital High School in 2014, and then graduated from Columbia Basin College, in Pasco, with an AAS in accounting in 2023. I’m currently pursuing a double major BAS in Human Resources and Marketing at the Carson College of Business at Washington State University, with plans to graduate in Summer 2026.

Health Service Director
With more than two decades in healthcare, Crystal has built her career on a foundation of compassion, expertise, and unwavering dedication to patient well-being. Starting as a caregiver in 2000, she quickly realized her calling to serve and became a nurse in 2010, expanding her skill set to provide high-quality care across various settings.
Since joining Guardian Angel in 2010, Crystal has played a pivotal role in shaping patient-centered healthcare. As a Nurse Manager and now Health Service Director, she brings leadership, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to fostering excellent care environments. Her expertise spans from wound care nursing and school nursing, demonstrating her adaptability and dedication to meeting diverse patient needs. However, her heart has always been in senior care—advocating for dignity, comfort, and quality of life for aging individuals.
Crystal’s compassionate approach, empathetic nature, and relentless work ethic continue to make a meaningful impact. Through her leadership and hands-on care, she remains committed to ensuring that every patient receives the support, respect, and medical attention they deserve.

Nurse
Jaedon began his nursing career at the local hospital, where he developed a strong foundation in compassionate, community-focused care. Transitioning to assisted living, Jaedon found deep fulfillment in building meaningful relationships with both the residents and his colleagues. With a genuine commitment to understanding each individual and their family, Jaedon embraces the challenges of the role and remains dedicated to growing and meeting the high standards of the community he serve.

Nurse
Andrea began her career in healthcare as a caregiver in 2013, steadily and purposefully advancing into nursing. A top graduate in her nursing class, she quickly distinguished herself through clinical excellence and deep compassion. Andrea served as an Emergency Department nurse at the local hospital, where she gave tirelessly—especially during the height of the pandemic. Now back at the assisted living community where her journey began, Andrea leads with heart, setting a powerful example of dedication, leadership, and selfless care for both residents and their families.

Maintenance Director
With 15 years of experience in the maintenance field, Jonathon is a seasoned Maintenance Director and is committed to the well-being of the property and residents. He values building strong relationships with both his team and residents. He's determined to learn new things each day, to better help those around him.

Food Service Director
Cruz joined Guardian Angel Homes in 2021 as a Dietary Aide and, in January 2025, stepped into the role of Dietary Director. In this leadership position, Cruz is dedicated to ensuring that every meal served is both nourishing and comforting, contributing to the overall well-being of residents. With a strong focus on teamwork, Cruz values the collaboration of the dietary staff and works to maintain the highest standards of service and care.

Receptionist
Melissa V. Santiago Villada has been part of Guardian Angel Homes in Richland, WA, since 2023, serving as the community’s receptionist. In her role, Melissa warmly welcomes residents, families, and visitors, helping create an inviting and supportive environment. She takes pride in being a friendly first point of contact and guiding guests where they need to go. Beyond her front desk responsibilities, Melissa occasionally steps into caregiving shifts, strengthening her connection with residents and contributing to the community’s mission of compassionate care.
Originally from California and raised in Washington State, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and their three dogs. She values being part of the Guardian Angel Homes family and is dedicated to fostering a sense of comfort and belonging for everyone who walks through the doors.
